QUALIFYING

When you call Life Guardian, our operators will begin by asking you several qualifying questions.

To pre-qualify, you will need to

  • * Be 65 years of age or older.
  • * Have owned your current life insurance policy for at least 2 years.
  • * Be actively making payments on your policy; the policy must be in force.
  • * Be ready to work exclusively with Life Guardian.
  • * Have a policy valued at no less than $250,000 USD.

If you meet these criteria, our operators will ask you several supplemental questions before sending you a free information kit, DVD, and application.

When you return your application, we will then begin negotiation with our collective of Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), who will bid on the right to purchase your life insurance policy.

Once we receive the highest bid, we will return the offer to you for consideration. You are under absolutely no obligation to take the bid, and may refuse the offer if you aren't satisfied. However, if you are satisfied, we will negotiate the deal, and you will receive a check for the agreed-upon sum.
